Im about to be homeless in portland maine from gambling in the stock market. I obtained absolute dream careers, had a brand new truck single owner off the lot, i had more than enough to pay an entire house off and i just kept gambling. After doing good for years and able to quit my dream job to trade i made 1 too many bad decisions and ended up totaling my truck, losing all my money, and giving up job after job to pursue being my own boss and trading. Nobody tells you but the stock market can absolutely take everthing from you. The sad thing is i had my dream truck, dream job and amazing life through hard work. I dont abuse drugs, alcohol, or anything and i find myself about to homeless in less than 7 days fornthe very first time. Im genuinely afraid i should not be in this situation and my biggest shame is uncontrollable gambling.

So in case you get a lawsuit like that? You can turn it around and sue the person who was rude to customers. Customers are always right.

I think this is sad this happened to them. And I'm glad (according to one of the comments) that the case was dismissed. But they should have gone through the landlord, though. I wouldn't deal directly with the company if I were the renter. That is for the landlord to do.

My guess is they don’t have a Landlord and tenant commission where they live. That place isn’t liveable for even cockroaches in my opinion. There’s no real shelter from the out door elements. Bath water isn’t allowed to drain out to the ground. Toilets should be accessible and working. Yet she is expected to continue to pay her rent? GTFOH
